CHAPTER 3
¹And it came to pass that Ajora stood before the throne of the Most High, the scroll of seven seals held firmly in His grasp.
²The Lord, whose countenance shone brighter than a thousand suns, nodded unto His Son, signifying the appointed time had come.
³Then Ajora, with reverent hands, broke the first seal, and lo, a great trembling seized the Heavens and Ivalice.
⁴Immediately, the clouds vanished from the firmament, and the sky turned a brilliant white, whether it was night or day.
⁵The stars ceased their twinkling, and the moon withheld her light, for the glory of the Lord illuminated all.
⁶And the voice of God thundered across the expanse, saying, “Behold the End!”
⁷All peoples of Ivalice heard the proclamation, and their hearts were filled with awe and dread.
⁸The faithful fell prostrate before the Lord, repenting of their sins and offering prayers with contrite hearts.
⁹They cried out, “O Lord, have mercy upon us, for we have sinned and are unworthy of Thy grace.”
¹⁰The unfaithful, however, scoffed at the signs, hardening their hearts against the truth.
¹¹They said, “These are but natural occurrences; there is no need for alarm.”
¹²But the wise knew that the time of reckoning had begun, and they prepared their souls for the trials to come.
¹³Then the Lord nodded once more, and Ajora broke the second seal.
¹⁴And behold, came forth the Nine Judges Magister, and they were dispatched, each mounted upon a steed of light and clad in armor of righteousness.
¹⁵They rode forth to the ends of Ivalice, their faces stern and their eyes aflame with divine judgment.
¹⁶To each Judge Magister was given authority to adjudge the guilt of the most wicked among the people and those whom even still refused belief.
¹⁷They were empowered to end the lives of those who refused to submit to the Lord their God.
¹⁸The Judges Magister entered cities and villages, discerning the hearts of men and women.
¹⁹They separated the righteous from the wicked, the humble from the proud.
²⁰To the repentant, they offered mercy and guidance; to the unrepentant, they delivered swift justice.
²¹The wicked were cast down, their souls sent forthwith to the depths of Hell.
²²Ivalice trembled under the weight of divine judgment, and the people cried out in fear.
²³Some sought refuge in the mountains, others hid in caves, but none could escape the gaze of the Judges Magister.
²⁴The faithful stood firm, trusting in the Lord's protection and guidance.
²⁵They comforted one another, saying, “Fear not, for the Lord is with us; His justice is righteous and His mercy everlasting.”
²⁶The Judges continued their mission, bringing order and righteousness to the land.
²⁷They restored balance where chaos had reigned, and the people marveled at their authority.
²⁸The unfaithful, witnessing the power of the Judges, began to question their disbelief.
²⁹Some repented and turned to the Lord, seeking forgiveness and salvation.
³⁰Others remained obstinate, clinging to their pride and defiance.
³¹The Judges Magister did not hesitate, executing their duties with unwavering resolve.
³²They were the instruments of the Lord’s will, bringing about the purification of Ivalice.
³³As the days passed, the number of the faithful grew, and the light of righteousness spread across the land.
³⁴The people gathered in assemblies, worshiping the Lord and giving thanks for His mercy.
³⁵They sang hymns of praise, lifting their voices to the Heavens.
³⁶The Lord looked upon His people with compassion, pleased by their devotion and repentance.
³⁷He said, “Blessed are those who turn to Me in sincerity, for they shall inherit the Coming of Paradise.”
³⁸The Judges Magister, having fulfilled their mission, returned to the presence of the Lord.
³⁹They bowed before Him, offering their reports and giving glory to His name.
⁴⁰The Lord received them with honor, commending their faithfulness and obedience.
⁴¹Then Ajora addressed the people, saying, “The first two seals have been broken, and the time of the End is upon us.”
⁴²“Prepare thy hearts, for the trials shall increase, and only the steadfast shall endure.”
⁴³“Remain faithful, and the Lord shall guide thee through the darkness into the light of Paradise.”
⁴⁴The people listened attentively, taking Ajora’s words to heart.
⁴⁵They strengthened their communities, supporting one another in love and faith.
⁴⁶They shared their resources, ensuring that none among them lacked for necessities.
⁴⁷The spirit of unity and compassion flourished, and the Lord’s presence was felt among them.
⁴⁸The unfaithful, witnessing the transformation of the faithful, were confounded.
⁴⁹Some were moved to repentance, while others hardened their hearts further.
⁵⁰The faithful continued to pray, seeking strength and guidance for the days ahead.
⁵¹They studied the teachings of the Lord, meditating on His words and commandments.
⁵²The elders instructed the young, passing down the wisdom of the ages.
⁵³The children grew in knowledge and faith, becoming beacons of hope and love.
⁵⁴The Lord observed His people, and His heart was gladdened by their devotion.
⁵⁵He said, “My children, thou hast shown thyselves worthy of My grace; continue in righteousness, and thou shalt see My glory.”
⁵⁶The Heavens resounded with praise, and the angels rejoiced at the faithfulness of the people.
⁵⁷The people marveled at the transformation, recognizing the Lord’s hand in all things.
⁵⁸They gave thanks continually, acknowledging His mercy and power.
⁵⁹The unfaithful, seeing the blessings bestowed upon the faithful, were filled with envy and regret.
⁶⁰Some turned to the Lord, seeking to partake in His grace.
⁶¹Others, consumed by bitterness, plotted against the faithful, seeking to disrupt their harmony.
⁶²The faithful remained vigilant, protecting their communities and praying for their enemies.
⁶³They remembered Ajora’s words, trusting in the Lord's provision and protection.
⁶⁴The Lord, seeing the faithfulness of His people, prepared to reveal the next phase of His plan.
⁶⁵He summoned Ajora and said, “The time has come to break the third seal; the trials must continue for the purification to be complete.”
⁶⁶Ajora bowed before the Lord, ready to fulfill His will.
⁶⁷The people awaited the next revelation, their hearts steadfast and their spirits strong.
⁶⁸They knew that the path ahead would be challenging, but their faith in the Lord would sustain them.
⁶⁹The Lord looked upon His people with love, determined to guide them through the trials to come.
⁷⁰He said, “Fear not, My children, for I am with thee always; trust in Me, and thou shalt not be forsaken.”
⁷¹The faithful responded with a resounding “Amen,” their voices echoing across the land.
⁷²The Heavens and Ivalice stood in anticipation, awaiting the breaking of the third seal.
